What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns on unused and unwashed items returned within 45 days of the shipment date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for purchase within 30 days of receipt of the return. The refund amount will include the full value of the items returned, including taxes, but excluding shipping cost and a $5.00 restocking fee (fee will not be charged for defective or damaged items).

Can I make an exchange?
We will gladly make size and fit (straight-cut versus fitted-cut) exchanges on unwashed and unworn items returned within 45 days of the shipment date. We are unable to exchange items of a different cost for one another. Once the return is received, if the requested exchange item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

How do I know if my order went through?
Once an order is placed, you will be taken to a confirmation screen that shows your order number. A confirmation email is automatically sent to you with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail filters.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
In-stock orders are shipped within three business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order was placed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will not begin the process until the following business day. If an order is delayed in shipping for any reason, we will contact you via email.

Orders shipping to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO sites generally take two to five weeks for delivery. Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail has unique transportation and handling requirements, which result in extended standard delivery time for online orders. Because Military APO/FPO/DPO Mail is transported outside of the U.S. to overseas locations, normal transit times are generally extended, causing longer delivery windows.
International shipping is available via UPS. Please enter your shipping address accurately and select an international shipping method during checkout. Shipping times vary by country and shipping method selected.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address; therefore, we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally take 24–48 hours to be updated with tracking information. Tracking information for international orders does not extend past when the shipment leaves the continental United States.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?
Please contact us here and we will make sure you are taken care of.
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it, a few things may have occurred:
• Your delivery person put your package somewhere discreet to make sure no one steals it—behind a plant, under a bush, we’ve seen it all.
• Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few days in advance, and the package may still be on the way.
• A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you.
If the above doesn’t apply and you can’t find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after seven business days, please let us know here.
If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement package, we kindly ask that you return the former. You can contact us, and we will send you a return label so you can ship the original package back to us free of charge.
Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes on international shipments?
Our fulfillment team fills out all customs paperwork at the time the order is shipping. Any additional duties, fees and taxes that might be assessed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
My international order is delayed. What can I do?
We can provide additional documentation you may need for customs if an order is being held. However, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are delivered late due to customs delays as these are out of our control.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We're unable to split payment between multiple payment methods.
When can I expect my refund?
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for purchase within 30 days of receipt of the return. The refund amount will include the full value of the items returned, including taxes, but excluding shipping cost and a $5.00 restocking fee (fee will not be charged for defective or damaged items). If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.
Do I have to create an account?
You’re able to place an order with us using your WorldStrides Store account or as a guest. To checkout as a guest, simply nagivate to you cart and proceed with the guest checkout option. You will still be required to enter your email to receive email updates on your order, but you will not need to enter a password.
How do I change my account password?
To change or reset your password, click the Reset Password link at the log-in window. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
